Basis – Radialis Neuropathie

Radialis neuropathie protocol echografie

Echo is ook bij radialis (druk)neuropathie complementair aan EMG, helpt bij lokaliseren (ontbreken geleidingsstoornissen of uitsluitend axonale schade) en vaststellen van de aard van de afwijking (tumor, cyste/ganglion, relatie met callusvorming/schroef/plaatwerk, etc).(1-8)

Meting:

  • Zenuwdikte (CSA) thv spirale groeve, elleboog en op indicatie interosseus posterior (PIN)/radialis superficialis.(1, 8-11)
  • Aanwezigheid van hypervascularisatie.
  • Scannen proximale + distale segmenten en beoordeling op specifieke afwijkingen (tumor, cyste, relatie schroef/plaatwerk, etc).
